We ship worldwide! UK delivery starts from just £3.75. International Shipping starts from just £4.99.

Nails come packaged in our luxury, bespoke boxes with a free application kit - everything you need to apply your set.

Please note that all nails are hand painted from scratch by a one-woman-band! Please allow time for your nails to be created and packaged.

All creation and shipping times are clearly stated at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 4-5 weeks for your Made To Order nails to be created. This does not apply to Ready To Ship nails.

You will receive an email once your package have been dispatched.

If you selected International UNTRACKED Shipping, your mail will arrive 2-4 weeks later.

If you selected International TRACKED Shipping, your mail will arrive 1-2 weeks later.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After this, strictly no cancellations will be made. I allow 24 hours incase you change your mind, but after this I start the process of ordering stock and supplies to fulfil your order. These are handmade items, please respect this.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are not accepted unless the package has incurred damage. Photo evidence will need to be submitted.

Returns based on sizing issues will NOT be refunded. Everything is handmade to order and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the perfect fit prior to ordering.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you selected TRACKED shipping, you will receive a tracking number attached to your confirmation email.

Please check your junkmail too as sometimes tracking links can go straight to spam boxes.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NAILS

Many of my customers reuse their nails over and over again, just soak your nails in warm water and an oil based product (preferably cuticle oil) for 5-10 minutes. Carefully, slide a cuticle pusher underneath the false nail to remove. If you have reused your nails several times and experience some glue residue build up, simply use an e-file to buff away the glue.
